Refund , Privacy and Cancellation Policy:

This refund, privacy and cancellation policy applies if you are dealing directly with our firm.We do not sell or share your personal information with anybody, ever unless we are legally obliged to do so. You are also responsible for any monetary transactions and refunds and cancellation not allowed for order processed/ service availed.We are not liable for any fraudulent activity and reserve the right to suspend your account any time as per SLA of Ritz Management LLC subsidiary of RES®️

Payment Terms , Methods and Grade Assurance Policy:

We need at least 50% appointment fee and balance as on date as per terms of the firm for booking confirmation.We have grade assurance policy as per terms of the firm.

We accept payment only with verified bank transfer/ Transfer Wise / Visa / MasterCard/ Amex Direct Billing / G- Pay for security of online transactions.

Demo classes / Sample questions help are on chargeable basis with prior appointment only.You only need to pay 50% in advance (to book our appointment time) and balance as on date to get confirmation from our side and be satisfied with the quality of the session or appointment help.

Appointment Process:

We can use either WhatsApp or our proprietary board/ software for screen sharing / harvesting technique during our appointment session.No cancellation for digital intangible services/ order processed, only virtual dissemination of data and services as per SLA of Ritz Management LLC subsidiary of RES®️
